Project Overview
In January 2026, Elra Global supported the organization of an international corporate meeting in Belek, Antalya, Türkiye.
The programme took place from 10 to 15 January and brought together approximately 300 participants from the United States and Europe. It combined corporate meetings with social events, team activities and cultural experiences in Antalya.
Elra Global coordinated several elements of the programme, from hotel recommendation and selection to gala organization, team activities, event production and on-site staffing support.
Scope of Services
Hotel Recommendation and Selection
Elra Global recommended suitable hotel options and supported the hotel selection process based on the requirements of the corporate group.
Meeting Programme Planning
We supported the development and planning of the meeting content and programme, helping coordinate the business schedule with the other elements of the event.
Bar Night and Gala Organization
We organized a bar night and gala event as part of the programme, coordinating these social occasions for the international group.
Team Activity Organization
We organized a group activity designed to bring participants together outside the formal meeting environment.
Cultural Antalya Tour
We coordinated a cultural tour in Antalya, giving participants the opportunity to experience the destination during their stay.
Camera and Event Production Services
We coordinated camera and production services to support the event programme.
Part-Time Event Staff
We provided additional event personnel to support on-site operations throughout the programme.
Event Coordination
The programme brought together multiple event elements for approximately 300 international participants. Coordinating the meeting schedule, evening events, team activity, cultural tour and production requirements called for structured planning and local coordination.
