Elra Global planned and delivered a beach-based corporate team-building programme for an international corporate group in Belek, Antalya, Türkiye.
The Beach Olympic Games programme brought participants together in six teams for a series of competitive beach activities. The project required coordination between the hotel, activity areas, equipment, technical support and the on-site event team.

Our Scope of Work
Activity Planning and Programme Coordination
We planned the activity programme and coordinated the requirements needed to deliver a beach-based team experience for six teams.
Hotel and Beach-Area Coordination
We coordinated with the hotel regarding the activity area, operational requirements and arrangements needed for the event.
Equipment and Activity Stations
We organized the equipment and activity stations required for the Beach Olympic Games format.
On-Site Event Staffing
Our team supported the setup, activity flow and on-site coordination throughout the programme.
Sound System and Microphone Coordination
We coordinated the sound system and microphone requirements to support instructions, announcements and communication during the activities.
Medals and Participant Arrangements
We coordinated standard medals and participant arrangements as part of the programme.
Hotel Service Coordination
We liaised with the hotel regarding participant-facing arrangements, including refreshments and towels.
Setup and Operational Management
We coordinated event preparation, equipment checks and operational requirements before the programme began.
Operational Coordination
A beach-based team-building programme involves more than the activities themselves. The event team must coordinate the activity area, equipment, staffing, sound requirements, hotel arrangements and the flow of participants.
Weather conditions also required monitoring ahead of the event. We considered timing and operational alternatives in coordination with the client and hotel, keeping the programme requirements in mind.
